Requests for Information, Registration and Payment Options for Parent A.C.T. Class:

You will be asked to leave the following information:

• Your name
• Telephone #
• If court referred, your file and/or docket number, which can be located on your court order or referral form
• The name of your spouse/partner
• The date or dates of the class you wish to attend.

All calls will be returned within 24 – 48 hours (excluding weekends) in the order in which they were received.

All parents will be asked to participate in our brief intake process over the phone. The purpose of this intake is to determine if the class is appropriate for your situation and to review discount and payment options. This conversation is completely confidential and should take only a few minutes.

Please note that the Parent A.C.T. Class may not be appropriate in situations where domestic abuse is present. This will be explored during your conversation with our Intake Coordinator.
