40 hr. Divorce Mediation Training

• This is a comprehensive 40 hour Divorce Mediation training that is designed to cover basic theory and skills of divorce mediation including divorce law, all financial aspects of divorce, parenting issues and family dynamics.

• This training includes all required components of the 30 hour Basic Mediation training, approved by the New York State Office of Court Administration, designed to cover basic theory and skills of mediation.

• Upon completion, participants will be eligible to apply to participate in New York Center’s Mediation Apprenticeship Program.

• This training meets the Basic Mediation training requirements of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Association of Conflict Resolution, Family Section and the New Jersey Collaborative Law Groups.
