Halley is an Associate Mediation Manager. In this role, she oversees NYCID's mediation programs for small claims/civil court and for general community cases, as well as the Lemon Law Arbitration program.

Halley also participates as a coach for various mediation trainings and provides continuing support to volunteer mediators. In addition to mediating for NYCID, Halley is a certified mediator with the New York Peace Institute.
